Jimmy Bullard won't throw a wobbler after Fulham turned down a request to open new contract talks.
Bullard, 29, explained: "They said they weren't willing to give me an extended contract. So that gives me no option but to get my head down. That's not a problem.
"I like the lifestyle here and playing for Fulham. Let's get one thing straight, I want to sign for Fulham. Hopefully, in time, they will extend my contract.
"Maybe you could look at it as a kick up the backside to get me motivated."
Fulham go to Hull today and Bullard added: "I'm sure it will be hostile - a bunch of Northerners shouting at you."
