Gigi Buffon has declared Juventus can shock Italy and win the Scudetto on their Serie A return this season.

The goalkeeper said: "I have always liked difficult challenges. It's not impossible, because everything is there in front of you to be overcome. I always wish and wonder, I'm an idealist, a dreamer. I dream of achieving great goals, and have even reached some of them.

"Well, I thought that after winning a World Cup that I couldn't want more: but a Scudetto victory with Juve would give me more satisfaction.

"A trophy with Juve would have an inestimable value."
