Buffon, Chiellini aiming for Fiorentina comeback

Juventus are hoping to recover Gigi Buffon and Giorgio Chiellini in time for the weekend clash at home to Fiorentina.

Buffon, who's flu has spread throughout the team, is considered a chance of recovering in time to play his first match in four months.

Azzurri defender Chiellini has missed two matches with injury but is hoping to recover in time to play his first match for 2009.

“I had a problem with one of the flexors in my left leg,” Chiellini told Tuttosport.

“It seemed like nothing at first, but when I tried to push through it I began to feel pain.

“I didn't want to risk it and I still haven't recovered fully. But I will get better and I will be there for the Fiorentina game.”
