Gigi Buffon has called on Juventus to buy big this summer.

"The truth is that we can't compete with Inter and we are not even on the same level as the top two," Buffon moaned in the Corriere della Sera.

"I think we need a bit more quality in certain areas, such as the midfield where we have missed Cristiano Zanetti and Momo Sissoko.

"It is like when Inter are lacking Douglas Maicon or Zlatan Ibrahimovic - that gives you a clear idea of how things are."
