Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon admits he's a big fan of new signing Domenico Criscito.

Asked to predict his big successes for the coming season, Buffon said: "Genoa. And among the players there'll be Raffaele Palladino, Claudio Marchisio, who I rate highly, and Criscito, who is someone special. He's a great talent, but with his feet on the ground. He's a golden boy."

Asked about working with new Juve coach Claudio Ranieri, Buffon added: "I've only spoken to him for a couple of minutes. But that's enough to realise he's a confident person.

"He's coached some big clubs and will have every chance of bringing success to Juve."
