Budapest Honved chief Cordella: Bobal twins would be Man City players if Mancini still there

Budapest Honved sports director Fabio Cordella says the club's Bobal twins should already be Manchester City players.

Twins Gergely and David Bobal, a striker and a defender, trialled with City last year and are regarded among the brightest young talents in Hungary.

Cordella reveals the duo would have been signed by City if Roberto Mancini, now of Galatasaray, was still in charge.

"Regarding the Bobal brothers, I can say that if Roberto Mancini had still been the coach at City, today the two players would play in England," Cordella told tribalfootball.com.

"For now, no English club have showed further interest."
