Chairman Bruce Buck told chelseafc.com: "Frank Arnesen runs that part of the operation, and it is quite an operation. It is a brand new building with world-class facilities. Our effort is finding new players, not just in this country but also elsewhere.

"We have three players now who have sort of made it into first-team mode and our objective in the long term is to have a John Terry coming through the Academy every year or two."
