Bryan Oviedo was delighted to be part of Everton's FA Cup win at Cheltenham Town.

Oviedo played the majority of Monday's game on the left side of midfield before dropping to full-back when Leighton Baines was replaced with just under half an hour remaining.

"It was important for me," Oviedo told evertontv. "I want to play, I want to have minutes on the pitch and I am happy about that. I work in training for this.

"I like both positions, I think on left wing I can play more attacking but I also like to play left-back. Whichever position I try to play well as that is my job for the team."
