Hull City boss Steve Bruce has dismissed being the bookies' favourites for relegation.
Bruce has been there before and he believes the experience he has gained in keeping clubs like Birmingham, Wigan Athletic and Sunderland afloat will stand him in good stead at Hull..
He said: "Who cares what the bookies think? They had us at 66-1 for promotion last season so they got that wrong. And I am quietly confident we'll confound the prophets of doom this time, too."
