Hull City boss Phil Brown is set to win a 100 per cent pay-rise.

The Tigers have offered Brown a new three-year deal worth an annual £500,000 as a reward for winning promotion.

Brown, 48, said: "I'm currently in talks with the chairman and hopefully by the end of next month, I'll put pen to paper on a new three-year contract."
