Hull City boss Phil Brown is leaving negotiations for Plymouth winger Peter Halmosi to chairman Paul Duffen.

"The situation is quite simple" Brown said. "It's in the chairman's hands, he is speaking to Plymouth's chairman at the moment and they're just trying to agree a price. The final part of the jigsaw is agreeing the fee between the two clubs."

Asked if Halmosi would be recruited before pre-season resumes on June 30, Brown said: "We'll just have to wait and see. It's up to the two clubs to agree the fee."
