Brown insists title still alive for Celtic

The league title remains Celtic's only hope of silverware this year following Tuesday's Scottish Cup exit to Aberdeen and Brown is desperate they do not end the season empty-handed.

"If we win every game, we win the league," Brown told the Celtic View. "I know that sounds simple, but we're determined to finish with a bang and make sure it's us who are celebrating at the end of the season."

Celtic are currently three points behind Rangers who also have a game in hand, but face their rivals three times between now and the end of the season.

"With nine points up for grabs, the derbies are going to be vital and we want to get off to a good start by winning at Ibrox," said Brown. "We need to go out there and beat Rangers and show that we are aiming to retain the title."
