Crystal Palace co-owner Steve Browett says management are delighted with Glenn Murray's return to fitness.
The striker played a full part in a behind-closed-doors practice match this week having been sidelined since May with a knee injury and Pulis has hinted he could be in contention for a place on the bench.
"It's fantastic news for everyone," Browett told the London Evening Standard. "If you said to any manager, 'Would you like a guy who scored 30 goals in the Championship last season?' they'd say, 'Oh yes, please, how much?' It will be great to see him back because he's a goalscorer and it's fairly obvious from the statistics that is something we are lacking at the moment."
