The brother of Stefano Okaka fears the Italy international has little future under Watford manager Marco Silva.
Silva has already spoken publicly about his disappointment with the attitude of Okaka this season.
However, brother and agent Carlo Okaka insists the striker has been poorly treated at Vicarage Road.
He told TMW: "He started from the first day, scored against Liverpool and was voted best on the pitch and finished in the top 11 of the first day with (Romelu) Lukaku, then he finished on the bench.
"It's the technical choice of the new coach, Marco Silva. It was a surprise, then he was not even summoned for the Cup, from which it was understood that Stefano was no longer an option under consideration: the club bought (Andre) Gray, with (Troy) Deeney already present and captain, and so he was put out."
Carlo added: "There will be a summit with the club, everything is derived from Silva's technical choices."
