Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton hopes their move for Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony hasn't been shelved.

Britton is a big fan of Bony.

"It would be nice if an attacker like Bony came here to score 15 to 20 goals and take the pressure off Michu," Britton is quoted by Voetbalzone.

Bony, himself, remarked: "Swansea is a wonderful club. It's my chance to play in the Premier League and they also play attractive football."
