The Napoli defender is set to undergo a medical with Watford ahead of signing for the Hornets.
It’s understood Britos will join Watford as a Udinese player, first signing for the Zebrette before joining the Premier League new-boys on-loan for the new season.
The Uruguay international left the Napoli training base in Dimaro yesterday.
The 30 year-old centre-back has been with Napoli since 2011.
