British boxing champ Amir Khan cheering Bolton onto Cup final
British boxing champ Amir Khan will be cheering on Bolton Wanderers against FA Cup semifinal opponents Stoke City.
The 24-year-old is an avid supporter of his home-town team and victory this weekend would send the Trotters into a final clash with either Manchester United or Manchester City, who can count Ricky Hatton among their famous fans.
Khan said: "If Manchester City and Bolton get through, you'll have me in one corner and Ricky Hatton in the other corner. Me and Ricky were speaking about it the other day.
"I think that's the closest we're ever going to get to putting the gloves on."
