Bristol City sign Aberdeen captain Foster

Championship club Bristol City have agreed a deal for Richard Foster from Aberdeen.

The 26-year old Dons skipper has joined the Robins in a deal worth £250,000 and the contract will be officially complete when he flies to England today to undergo a medical.

Foster had a loan spell with Rangers last term, to help guide the Glasgow giants to the 2010/11 title, but will now suit up for Derek McInnes’ side who sit 19th on the Championship table.
