Derrick Williams is leaving Aston Villa.
The Birmingham Mail says Williams, an Ireland under-21 international, who was on the fringe of Paul Lambert's senior squad last season, is a target for League OneBristol City after stalling over the offer of a contract extension at Villa.
The 20-year-old centre-half can also play left-back but he feels his path to regular football is being blocked by Nathan Baker, Ciaran Clark and Joe Bennett.
