Bristol City are interested in Chelsea fullback Ryan Bertrand.
The Daily Mail says City have expressed an interest in Chelsea's England Under 21 left-back Bertrand.
Manager Steve Coppell has talked openly of the need to recruit left-sided players to redress what he sees as an imbalance in the squad he inherited from Gary Johnson and chairman Steve Lansdown has promised to fund new recruits.
Bertrand would only be on loan though and City face plenty of competition.
