Brisbane Roar youngster Tommy Oar is set to join the Dutch Eredivisie later in 2010 after signing with Dutch agent Rob Jansen. Jansen who also has some interests in the Brisbane club has reportedly arranged for Oar to join with Dutch super club Feyenoord Rotterdam.
Oar has set the A-League alight this season with ever-improving performances on the left side of midfield for the Roar and was rewarded with his first national team call-up in January although he didn't play in the Asian Cup qualifier against Kuwait.
The 18-year old has drawn comparisons with national team hero Harry Kewell and will now get his chance to try and emulate the Galatasaray star with a great opportunity for a potential move to European football.
