Brisbane Roar striker Sergio van Dijk is being linked with incoming A-League franchise Melbourne Heart. After news that the new club had already signed some quality players, van Dijk's name has now been included as a player who is being targeted by coach John van 't Schip and his team.
Dutchman van Dijk is the Roar's all-time leading scorer after crossing from Dutch Eerste Divisie club FC Emmen in June 2008 and has been a revelation since he landed in Brisbane.
He has also been linked with other A-League clubs including Sydney FC and North Queensland Fury.
