Brisbane Roar striker Sergio van Dijk has signed a short-term deal with Adelaide United.
The Dutchman will join the Reds for a six-month spell which will take in the Asian Champions League which kicks off in just under two weeks.
Adelaide coach Aurelio Vidmar said van Dijk's addition to the squad was a major coup for the club.
"He's scored over 20 goals ... over the last two years while he's been in the A-League so he certainly knows where the goals are," he said.
"We're looking forward to his inclusion and looking forward for Sergio to get amongst the boys and do his very best for us in the Asian Champions League and hopefully get us a few goals."
