The talented New Zealander helped himself to a double in the 2-0 win over North Queensland Fury on Saturday night to take his season tally to nine goals.
He has now scored in seven matches this term and the brace was his second, following up the double in the 4-0 win over former club Wellington Phoenix back in early November.
Barbarouses has this season emerged as one of the most promising young players in the A-League and his recent form will surely have New Zealand national team coach Ricki Herbert considering him for his next call-up.
