Sunday's Week 23 fixture between Brisbane Roar and Wellington Phoenix at Suncorp Stadium has been postponed.

The January16 clash has had to be moved due to floods in Queensland which have made it extremely difficult for people to get to the venue.

The state of the Suncorp surface is in a playable condition according to Football Federation Australia and Roar spokesmen but it will prove too hard to hold an A-League match there so the only decision was to reschedule the match for a later date.

A date for the deferred match will be known within the next 24 hours.
