The CEO of Australian Football League club Brisbane Lions says he has no interest in jumping ship to help embattled A-League club Brisbane Roar.

Michael Bowers has reportedly been 'head-hunted' to take over at the Roar but has insisted he is happy with the Lions.

"I haven't got any interest in the (Roar) role," Bowers said.

"I'm happy to be continuing on with the Lions. Everything's going very nicely in our neck of the woods."
