COMMENT: Juan Mata: Bring him home!

So, recently the expected and unsurprising news broke that Juan Mata is probably on the way out of Manchester United.

I have made no secret of my love for Juan Mata. In my eyes he is a Chelsea legend. I completely understand that may sound silly, but look at it this way: There's the impression he left at Chelsea.

For many fans, when he was here he was considered our best player, and I genuinely struggle to think of many players that I have seen that were actually better than Juan. I know. I know. It sounds absurd, but seriously for the first two seasons he was here, quality wise he was literally sensational.

On top of all this he's the most sound bloke going and if everybody was like him then at Chelsea we would not be faced with most of the problems we are faced with today.

So in other words, it makes complete sense to try and bring him home.

He was adored by fans and players alike and what a boost it would bring to our club if we got him back. Let's be honest, Oscar has not shown enough to say he's good enough. Mata showed more than enough. He's proved why he is good enough when he was here, has five years of Premier League experience, knows Chelsea well and had, and still has a fantastic bond between himself and the Chelsea fans, as shown when he was applauded off the pitch both home and away against Manchester United.

Bring the magician home Chelsea. Please.
