Brighton striker Jurgen Locadia: My behaviour has improved since PSV

Brighton striker Jurgen Locadia is delighted with his current form.

The Dutchman has hit a rich seam of form since Christmas.

"I feel like I've grown up in my time here," says Locadia. "My attitude has changed in comparison with my time at PSV. There were also times when I did not play and then I reported directly to the coach and I did not always behave well.

"But I have changed a lot since then."

Locadia continued, "The Premier League is a tough competition: everything goes very fast, up and down, and that suits me well. You have to show it when you get the chance, but that is difficult if you have to do it with only short incursions.

"I was allowed to start against Bournemouth and it went okay. Then followed the goals against Arsenal and Everton. You have to make it difficult for the coach to keep you out of the team, especially if there is so much competition."
