Brighton captain Bruno Saltor has become the 24th player to join Juan Mata's Common Goal campaign - where footballers donate at least 1% of their annual salary to a charity.
In addition, the organisation says it will be announcing a new player every day until 29 November, when they will make what it describes as "it's biggest announcement yet", which will reflect a commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
"Last season, I was fortunate enough to be part of a Brighton team that was promoted to the Premier League for the first time in our history," said Bruno.
"It was a special moment that united our entire community, and a powerful reminder of football's capacity to create magic in our lives.
"What I like most about Common Goal is that it taps into this same magic to change the world for good. It's about uniting all of us, the global football community, behind a shared commitment to give back."
