Premier League new-boys Brighton are set to launch a loan bid for Chelsea forward Izzy Brown.

The Daily Mail claims that the Seagulls have already made an enquiry regarding the availability of the 20-year-old and are confident of securing his services.

Brown, who joined the Blues from West Brom in 2013, spent the last season on two different loan spells at Rotherham and Huddersfield respectively.

During the second half of the season, he scored four goals for the Terriers in 18 appearances.
