Norwich City have failed with a bid for Brighton striker Craig Mackail-Smith.
Norwich have had a £3million bid for Mackail-Smith rejected, says the Daily Mail.
The Scotland international - who scored 10 goals for Brighton last season and scored two in last weekend's 5-1 thrashing of Barnsley - has been linked with a move to Leeds United.
