Brighton have collected cool £5 million from Reading for the transfer of Sam Baldock, according to The Argus.
The striker completed a move to Championship side yesterday.
Baldock was unable to get a regular place in the Brighton side and wished to leave for a regular starting spot.
He arrived at the club four years ago for less than two million, which means Brighton have made a tidy profit on the player.
The 29-year-old should be ready for Reading's first Championship game this Friday.
