Brighton goalkeeper Mathew Ryan is disappointed with the lack of consistency his side have shown this season.
Albion only managed a 2-2 draw away to Southampton, in a game where they were 2-0 down with more than an hour gone.
He acknowledges the impressive comeback, but believes the side have to start performing for 90 minutes if they want to survive in the league.
He told The Argus: "I'm a perfectionist. I know what we are capable of and I know when we fall short of that.
"I just think we are not sustaining those standards and the benchmark that we have set throughout the full 90 minutes.
"We haven't been clinical in certain moment of the game both defensively and offensively.
"I hate not winning. When we win, then you'll see me with a spring in my step."
