Brighton fullback Bruno was proud of his teammates in their opening day defeat to Manchester City.
After a goalless first 45 minutes, City's superior quality eventually told with Sergio Aguero breaking the deadlock on 70 minutes and an own goal from Lewis Dunk sealing the three points five minutes later.
Seagulls skipper Bruno said: “We knew how tough it was going to be but I thought we had good moments in the game – and we had our chances.
“Football is about small details. If we had scored a goal when we had a few chances in the second half, it would have changed the game.
“After a couple of mistakes and they score. That's football."
