Brighton have agreed a fee to sign Alex Pritchard from Tottenham, according to Sky Sports.

Spurs are understood to want a package amounting to £8m for the 23-year old, who will now discuss personal terms with the Championship club.

However, the Seagulls faces competition from a number of Championship clubs including QPR, who also held talks with Spurs last week and Premiership new boys Burnley.
