Brighton chasing West Brom striker Simon Cox

Brighton are eyeing West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox.

The Mirror says Brighton boss Gus Poyet wants to sign West Brom's Republic of Ireland striker Cox on loan.

Poyet has already raided the Baggies for Joe Mattock and Gonzalo Jara Reyes and is looking to use his relationship with manager Roy Hodgson to strengthen Brighton's play-off push.
