Brighton boss Gus Poyet is excited to be signing Manchester City midfielder Abdul Razak.

Razak is joining the Seagulls on-loan along with City teammate Gai Assulin.

Razak 19, has been on loan at Portsmouth and is likely to be fast-tracked straight into the squad.

Poyet said: "The strength, the power, the technical ability the box-to-box - he has plenty of things that we don't have.

"He has been training with unbelievable players at City and he has a chance of playing on Sunday."
