Brighton boss Gus Poyet is emerging as a top candidate for the Chelsea job.Rafa Benitez is expected to be shown the door at the end of the season after failing to win over Blues fans.

Poyet, 45, has admitted it is difficult for managers to refuse an offer from Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.

Blues legend Poyet said: "The problem is Chelsea is too big to say 'no.'

"So I think most managers would take it anyway."
