Brighton boss Gus Poyet is shocked by Chelsea's sacking of Roberto di Matteo.
Di Matteo deserved to be Chelsea manager for 20 years after guiding the club to an historic Champions League triumph.
Di Matteo was sacked last week and the Brighton boss, who played for Chelsea between 1997-2001, said: "Everyone was looking for the Champions League trophy and he did it. For me, he was the manager for the next 10 years or 20 years."
