Brighton boss Hughton reveals plan to stop Fulham striker Mitrovic

Brighton manager Chris Hughton knows that stopping Aleksandar Mitrovic is key when his side face off against Fulham.

Mitrovic has been in sensational form since joining the London club in January, when they were only in the Championship. He looked an average attacker at Newcastle, but has come to life in a more attacking setup at Fulham.

But Hughton has a plan for stopping him in the coming Premier League game between the two sides.

He said to Sky Sports: "It is the same with any player that is in form - it is not about stopping one individual. It's about making sure you have a good enough hold in the game that enables him not to have the service he would get if they are in good form.

"He has started the season very well. I think he has had that continuity from last season. He obviously feels very much at home there.

"We have to make sure we stop the supply to him because we certainly know how dangerous he is."
