Brighton & Hove Albion manager Chris Hughton has stated that he is always mindful of his side's league position.
Brighton are currently in 14th position in the Premier League table after claiming four points so far this season and although the campaign is only four matches old, Seagulls' boss Chris Hughton as admitted that he consistently checks on the standings.
Hughton told The Argus: "Although your concentration is not on the table, you look at the table every week, of course you do. Certainly for us the most important thing is to make sure we are out of that bottom three.
"When does it take significance? I suppose you are looking well into the season, but you are judging it week in and week out.
"We know and expect it to be a tough season, that's normal. There will be lots of ups and downs and probably more than the table will be how we react to defeats, poor performances, and go again to try to pick up a good result."
