Brighton boss Chris Hughton admits defeat to Huddersfield Town has him worried.

Hughton acknowledged his side's recent dip is a “concern" and things will not get any easier as they head to Wembley to face Tottenham.

“We are hurting," Hughton said. “Looking at the levels we had we started very well. But a team that comes up is never going to keep those levels right throughout the season.

“You are going to have some challenging periods and when you have those you have to do is come through them the other side, pick up a few results, and get those levels back up again.

“For us at this moment, it's a challenge because we are on the back of two bad defeats, and performances. They don't come much tougher than what we have on Wednesday."
