Wayne Bridge is set for talks with Chelsea coach Avram Grant.

Bridge could make it onto the bench for Chelsea's Champions League tie in Valencia on Wednesday.

Bridge, who came on as a substitute in the Carling Cup clash with Hull last week to make his first appearance of the season after undergoing hip surgery in July, said: "The hip is still a bit stiff, but that's to be expected."

He is also expected to have talks with new manager Grant about his future, says the Daily Mail.
