The Manchester City futures of England stars Wayne Bridge and Joleon Lescott are in doubt.
The Mirror says new City boss Roberto Mancini has already given City chief executive Garry Cook names of targets, but the positions of left back Bridge and centre half flop Lescott - signed at around £35 million between them - are now in doubt.
Bridge has been a weak performer too often for Mark Hughes and the former Chelsea left-back will be replaced as the Italian looks to Serie A to sign a new face - with Giorgio Chiellini at Juventus on his list.
Mancini recommended Chiellini to Sven Goran Eriksson during his reign but City failed to sign him. However they could go back in next month.
