Brescia have confirmed talks with Juventus over the sale of Omar El Kaddouri.

The Italy U21 midfielder is expected to leave Brescia this summer.

"To be honest, we are only taking some very small steps in negotiations," Brescia sporting director Andrea Iaconi told calcionews24.com.

"There is nothing new to report and it is certainly not official. We are talking about it as we know that Juventus want him.

"But I don't know when it could happen. You'll have to ask Juventus about that as a lot depends on them."
