Brentford have snapped up Cardiff City defender Ben Nugent.
Nugent has joined League OneBrentford on loan.
Bees manager Uwe Rosler asked about Nugent after Cardiff's pre-season friendly at Griffin Park and Bluebirds boss Malky Mackay gave the go-ahead as soon as he had completed the signing of Steven Caulker from Tottenham.
