Brentford manager Mark Warburton rates Andy Gray as Premier League class after his brace in victory at Millwall.
Gray was picked up from non-league football.
"He (Gray) has terrorised them," said Warburton. "He's raw, he's hungry, he's quick, he wants to learn, he's just turned 23 and there's loads more to come from Andre Gray.
"I think sometimes he doesn't know what he's going to do let alone defenders and that's the secret for him, he takes a chance, he takes a risk.
"I'm delighted from him, delighted that his hard work is paying off and I'm sure there's still a lot more to come from him.
"When you think he was playing Conference football last year it speaks volumes for his character. He can go to the Premier League, I've got no doubts about that."
