Former Brazil star Denilson would rather a year-long deal over a guest stint with A-League club Perth Glory. The World Cup winner has been in negotiations with the Glory in regards to a nine-game guest stint but would rather come down under for an entire season.

It is believed that the Glory have pulled back their eagerness to sign the 31-year old who has now expressed interest in joining any other club on a year-long deal.

Denilson's representatives have confirmed that the ex-Real Betis man would prefer a permanent deal rather than a guest stint.
