Brazilian clubs cannot match Blackburn spending power in Ronaldinho battle

Blackburn Rovers fans could still see Ronaldinho at Ewood Park this month.

The Daily Mail says Venky's £130,000-a-week offer to the departing AC Milan star remains on the table.

And with Ronie's brother and agent, Roberto de Assis, warning Gremio last nigh that their offer fell well short of expectations, the former World Player of the Year could be still pulling on a Rovers shirt.

Brazilian sides Gremio, Flamengo and Paimeiras are all keen on him. But De Assis has revealed Blackburn have offered the player a two-and-a-half year deal.
