Manchester City winger Robinho has been slated by a former Brazil World Cup star.
Brazilians are unsure whether the 23-year-old is too selfish to fit into Dunga's system, which relies less on flair than previous Brazil sides.
Junior, a 1982 and 1986 World Cup veteran, said: "If Kaka isn't fit we don't have options because Robinho does not play with other players."
